My name is Lynsey and my passion in life is helping people discover their greatest expression of vitality through bodywork and plant medicines. After attending massage school over a decade ago I found the path of herbalism and began to see how much plants want to help us evolve. My personal journey to health with bodywork and plant medicines has inspired me to give back to my community and assist other people with their journey to heath.

Our session will include a conversation about the support you are seeking, a personalized flower essence, and a transformational massage where flower essences will be applied topically.
